Service Description
This program is designed specifically for developing youth rugby athletes, focused on building a strong athletic foundation. Each 60-minute session combines: -Movement preparation and mobility training to improve Range of Motion and prevent injury. -Fundamental strength development emphasizing safe technique and proper movement patterns -Speed and agility training focused on acceleration, deceleration, and multidirectional control. -Conditioning tailored to game-specific demands designed to improve on-field performance. This program follows the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, ensuring that each athlete progresses at an appropriate pace while learning the fundamentals of structured strength training. By maintaining a 1:8 coaching ratio, every participant receives close supervision, technical feedback, and individualized coaching within a motivating group environment. This class is ideal for athletes who want to: -Build a foundation of strength, power, agility, and coordination. -Improve movement efficiency and reduce injury risk. -Prepare physically to perform at your best all season long.
